摘要物质文化遗产是现代旅游业发展中的一项重要旅游资源,但其唯一性、不可再生性和增值性的特性决定了开发利用过程中,不仅要体现经济效益价值,更要体现历史研究价值、科学教育价值及艺术观赏价值,这样才能使物质文化遗产得到可持续发展。因此,必须在开发过程中解决开发与保护之间的矛盾,保护物质文化遗产制度与法律不健全和资金短缺与技术落后等问题。 Material culture heritage is a vital resource in the modem tourism industry. The unique, non-renewable and value-increase features for the material culture heritage have become decisive factors in the processing of the development and utilization of the heritage. Therefore, the development and utilization of material culture heritage should not only focus on its economic values but also pay much attention to the historical researcher values, scientific and educational values as well as art appreciation. If they are done, the concept of sustainable material culture heritage will be kept, In this thesis, it gives some solutions as following： to solve the conflicts between development and protection, to maintain the protection system of material culture heritage, to solve the defects in legislation, and to deal with the issues on fund shortage and backwardness of science and technology.
