摘要
从历史文化遗产保护的立法体系、行政管理体系、保护资金保障制度三方面 ,比较了中国、英国、法国和日本的异同 ,提出了我国在历史文化遗产保护过程中需要从制度上解决的一些问题。
This paper raises suggestions to settle some institutional obstacles in the process of protecting the historical heritage by making a comparative study on the differences in the legislation, administration and financial support in the four countries such as Britain, France, Japan and China.
