p75NTR对小鼠面神经损伤后脑内神经元再生的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨p75NTR在面神经损伤后面神经核运动神经元再生中的作用。方法:对p75基因敲除小鼠和野生型小鼠的面神经总干进行损伤,损伤后第4天,在面神经总干损伤的远中侧神经分叉处切断,将切断的面神经断端置入含有FastBlue的聚乙烯单端小管中进行后示踪标记,术后第7天冷冻切片后荧光显微镜下对面神经核运动神经元进行计数,然后进行统计分析。结果:两组之间再生的神经元数量有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:p75NTR可以促进面神经运动神经元的再生。 Objective: To investigate the role of p75NTR in the regeneration of facial nerve nuclei during nerve crush injury. Methods: At the 4th day after injury of facial nerve, nerve trunk was cut in the bifurcated region and the stump was inserted into a small polymer tube containing Fast blue. Retrograde tracing and labelling motoneuron counting were used to examine the survival of motoneurons in the facial nerve nuclei in p75 knock-out mice and wild type mice respectively. Results: Retrograde tracing showed that the number of survival motoneurons from the p75 knock-out mice was much fewer than those from the wild type mice(P〈0.05). Conclusion: p75NTR can promote the survival rate of motoneurons in the facial nerve nuclei after nerve injuries.
