摘要
目的:探讨p75神经营养蛋白受体(p75 neurotrophin receptor,p75NTR)在面神经损伤再生修复中的作用。方法:p75NTR基因敲除小鼠和野生型小鼠的面神经总干损伤后第4天,在损伤的近中侧注射霍乱毒素B(choleratoxin B,CTB)进行示踪,对再生神经纤维进行免疫组化染色,然后计数进行统计分析。结果:p75NTR基因敲除小鼠再生的神经纤维,明显较野生型小鼠的短,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:p75NTR可以增强面神经的再生。
Objective: To investigate the role of p75 neurotrophin receptor(p75NTR) in the regeneration of facial nerve crush injury. Methods: 12 p75 knock-out mice and 12 wild type mice were used in this study. Four days after injury of facial nerve, cholera toxin B(CTB) was injected into the trunk of the nerve in the proximal side. Anterograde tracing and immunohistochemistry were used to examine the regeneration of axons. Results: Anterograde tracing showed that the length of regenerated fibers from the p75 knock-out mice was much shorter than that of the wild type mice(P〈0.01) Conclusion: p75NTR can promote regeneration of peripheral nerve axons after injury.
