TrkA、p75NTR在神经系统中的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)在神经损伤修复、促进细胞生长、分化等过程中具有极重要作用。其受体分为两大类,一类是高亲和力受体TrkA,另一类是低亲和力受体p75神经营养素受体(p75 neurotrophin receptor,p75NTR),p75NTR在不同的配体、协同受体、拮抗受体以及含量、活性比例参与引起不同生物学效应,除可促进神经细胞生长、维持存活,还可诱导凋亡、抑制轴突生长等。NGF结合TrkA后对神经元产生效应包括神经元的存活、分化、轴突生长、突触可塑性等。P75NTR、TrkA二者间的信号转导与生物学效应相互协同但又彼此拮抗。
