摘要
采用有限元分析及试验研究方法,对柱塞偶件在工作过程中的变形及偶件间隙的漏泄进行分析计算,完成了具有超高压下良好动态密封性能的柱塞偶件设计及试样加工。试验结果表明:补偿型柱塞偶件能使共轨燃油系统高压泵具有较高的容积效率。
FEA and testing researches are conducted to calculate the detormation and leakage of the plunger assembly clearance during its working process, and further optimization design is finished for better dynamic sealing - performance under - super - pressure condition. Tests on newly - made compensatory assemblies perfectly satisfies the common rail system fuel pump' s requirement.
