摘要
为研究直列隔膜式燃料泵的工作性能,利用AMESim软件建立其泵油过程的仿真模型。通过仿真计算验证了该泵应用在二甲醚发动机上的可行性,分析柱塞直径、柱塞偶件间隙、柱塞偶件接触长度、柱塞升程等重要结构参数对燃料泵性能的影响,为直列隔膜式燃料泵的开发设计提供了理论依据。
In order to study the working performance of in-line diaphragm fuel pump, the simulation model of pump working process was established with AMESim software. By the simulation and calculation, the feasibility of pump applied on DME engine was verified. The influences of structural parameters such as plunger diameter, plunger clearance, plunger contact length and plunger lift on pump performance were analyzed. The results provided the theoretical basis for the design of in-line diaphragm fuel pump.
