摘要
将轴心轨迹和有限元法相结合,并以某柴油机为例,根据轴心轨迹计算得到的结果,对轴瓦的油膜进行了有限元计算,分析了轴瓦上相同点处油膜压力随曲轴的旋转,轴颈与连杆相对运动情况下的压力变化,为分析轴瓦的油膜压力提供了一种新的方法,理论计算与分析的结论为分析轴承或轴瓦发生穴蚀破坏提供理论依据。
Witha certain type of diesel engines as the example, this paper calculated the pressure of film with FEM according to the orbit of shaft center, anti analyzed the pressure change of film along with the revolving of crankshaft and the relative location of connecting rod. This paper offered a new method to analyze the pressure of film of bearing or bearing liner. The resuh of calculating and analyzing was the base for inspecting the cavitation damage of bearing or bearing liner.
