摘要
政府对社会和谐至关重要,但政府权力的有效约束问题却是社会和谐的根本难题。市场是社会和谐的必要手段,同时又是限制政府权力的有效机制,但“市场失灵”又是市场本身难以自愈的症结。本文通过对政府、市场与社会和谐关系的论述,认为构建我国社会主义和谐社会的基本理论框架应该从政府与市场均衡的角度全面把握。
Government is essential to society harmony, but how to limit government power efficiently is the prime problems in the building of harmonious society. Market is a necessary way to keep society harmony and the efficient mechanism to limit government power, but market failure is the big shortcoming which can not be cured by market itself. Through discussion on relations among the government, market and society harmony, the passage thinks that the theory frame of China＇ s socialism harmonious society should be based on the relations between government and market. According to the idea, the paper analysis several important problems in the construction of China＇ s harmonious society.
