摘要
在塑料钵栽水分亏缺条件下,对14种不同药剂浸种的巴西陆稻种子萌发特性及幼苗的部分抗旱指标进行了测定,结果表明所有处理均能提高发芽率、发芽指数,增强抗旱性;分析了不同药剂处理间的生长、生理反应差异,并应用所测指标采取模糊隶属法对各处理间的幼苗抗旱性进行了综合评价,其抗旱性强弱顺序为:Na2HPO4>S3307>CaCl2+GA>ZnSO4>FeSO4>H2O2>CaCl2>NaCl>NaH2PO4>KNO3>KH2PO4>GA>H2O>Na2B4O7,其中达强抗标准的为Na2HPO4处理;S3307,Ca-Cl2+GA,ZnSO4,FeSO4,H2O2为中抗;CaCl2,NaCl,NaH2PO4,KNO3,KH2PO4,GA为弱抗;不抗的处理是H2O和Na2B4O7。
The seeds of Brazilian upland rice were soaked with 14 chemicals, and the seed germinating property and drought resistant indexes were investigated under the condition of water deficiency in pot cultivation. The results indicated that the germination percentage, germination index of the seeds, and their drought resistance were increased by the treatments. The growing and physiological reaction of the treated plants under water stress were analysed. The drought resistance was analysed with subordinative fuzzy function method, and the order of the drought resistance of the treatments is as follows:Na 2HPO 4>S 330 7>CaCl 2+GA>ZnSO 4>FeSO 4>H 2O 2>CaCl 2>NaCl>NaH 2PO 4>KNO 3>KH 2PO 4>GA>H 2O>Na 2B 4O 7. The treatment of Na 2HPO 4 had strong resistance, the treatment of S 3307 , CaCl 2+GA, ZnSO 4, FeSO 4 and H 2O 2 had medium resistance, the treatments of CaCl 2, NaCl, NaH 2PO 4, KNO 3, KH 2PO 4 and GA had weak resistance, and the treatment of Na 2B 4O 7 had no resistance.
