摘要 研究了云南、江苏、日本、朝鲜等地的陆稻种质资源的抗旱特性.结果表明:陆稻种质资源的抗旱性品种间差异显著.评价陆稻品种的抗旱性主要可根据水、旱两种方式对照种植时的株高、单株产量和出穗日数的旱水相对值来综合判断.其公式为R=H×Y/D.其中R为综合抗旱力指标,H为相对株高,Y为相对单株产量,D为相对出穗日数(求相对值公式为:旱种性状/水种同一性状×100%).R值高者,其抗旱适应性较高.研究结果还表明:旱种条件下,根系分布深广、叶片水势高、气孔阻抗小、叶组织致密、栅栏组织和维管束发达、光合能力强的陆稻品种抗旱性较强. Drought-resistant characters of upland rice germplasm resources from Yunnan, Jiangsu, Japan and Korea were investigated. The results indicated that drought resistance was significantly different a-mong upland rice varieties. The evaluation of drought resistance of upland rice varieties can be con-ducted by calculating the synthetic index of drought-resistance (R) using the relative values of plant height (H) , grain yield per plant (Y) and days from sowing to heading (D) under two cultural pat-terns, dry-land and wet-land planting. The formula is R = H X Y/D. The drought resistance of the varieties with high R value was generally higher. The following characters were showed in rice varieties with high drought resistance under dry-land culture, longer roots, higher leaf water potential, lower stomatic resistance, and higher photosynthetic efficiency.
