摘要
探讨HACCP在郫县豆瓣生产中的应用,从质量卫生控制方面对生产过程进行危害分析,制定相应的控制方法和纠正措施,保证产品质量,生产出合格产品。
This paper discussed the application of HACCP in Pixian spicy bean paste,analyzed all hazard factors possibly affecting quality in processing, and established the critical control points, controlling system, guarantee the quality of product, produce the certified product.
