摘要
对非洲栽培稻 ( O.glaberrima steud.)的形态、生理和亚、非栽培稻种间育性的研究表明 ,非洲栽培稻叶舌短而圆 ,株高多为 80～ 1 0 0 cm,稻穗极少 2次分枝 ,柱头外露率高 ,地稻瘟病、纹枯病有较强抗性 ,感光性较强 ,在思茅夏季大部分不抽穗。亚洲栽培稻 ( O.sativa L .)与非洲栽培稻的杂交 1代育性较低 ,在 3 0 9个组合中 ,仅 1个组合结实率为 1 5% ,其余在 5%以下 ,育性主要由两亲染色体同源性的高低所决定 。
The ligule of O. glaberrima is short and spherical with 80～100 cm for most plant height.Spike stalks seldom have secondary branches while stigma expose extremely. O.glaberrima, resistant to blast and sheath blihgt,have strong photoelectric sensitivity. Some even can not head in Simao area of Yunnan province.The fertitity of hybrid F 1 between O.sativa and O.glaberrima in lower,which is 15% for one among 309 cross combinations the rest being below 5%,F 1 fertility is mainly decided by the extent of chromosomal homozygosis of parents with a little influence of karyon-cytoplasm interaction.
