摘要
本文从光温反应、株高等位基因、细胞遗传和酯酶同工酶四方面对东乡野生稻的遗传异质性作了分析。试验表明,东乡野生稻与栽培稻存在着交配障碍、株高不等位、减数分裂期染色体行为明显异常、酯酶同工酶无籼、粳特征带而特具5A带,表明差异很明显。这是东乡野生稻在进化过程中与栽培稻产生遗传分化的结果。
The experimental results show that Dong Xiang wild rice exists obvious genetic heterogeneity, such as blooming date isolating from cultivated rice, unallele with semidwarf genes,isozyme bands specializing, anomalous chromosomal behaviour etc. With the exception of heterogenei- ty. Dong Xiang wild rice possesses a high grade rice quality as well as many important breeding characters.
