摘要
以5种基因型的二倍体水稻品种为材料,在幼穗离体培养过程中,用秋水仙素处理愈伤组织,使染色体数加倍,诱变获得四倍体无性系。结果表明秋水仙素处理在200~800ppm浓度范围内诱导效果均较好,四倍体诱导率平均达46%,加倍效果稳定,主要农艺性状与二倍体品种差异显著。
Five diploid varieties (Oryza stativa L. )were used in the experiment. The calli derived from immature panicles were treated with colchicine and tetraploid somalclones were resulting from the doubling of chromosome number. The results indicated that within 200~800 ppm concentration, colchicine treatment was effective, and the average tetraploid induction ratio was 46%. The genetic performance of tetraploid somalclone showed that the somalclones were stable, and differed significantly with diploid varieties on major agronomic traits.
