摘要
采用血凝滴度法研究翡翠贻贝多糖(PVPS)对鸡胚培养甲型流感病毒的抑制作用;通过联合给药试验研究PVPS对利巴韦林抗流感病毒的协同效应。与病毒对照组比较,PVPS各剂量组的血凝滴度降低差异极显著(P<0.01)。与利巴韦林组及同剂量PVPS单独给药组相比,联合给药组的血凝滴度降低差异极显著(P<0.01),且0.85<q<l.15。结果表明:PVPS能明显抑制鸡胚培养流感病毒的增殖,对利巴韦林抗流感病毒具有相加效应,具有开发成抗流感病毒生物制剂的前景。
The inhibition of influenza virus reproduction in chicken embryo was studied by polysaccharides from mussel Perna viridis (PVPS). The chicken embryo culture was used to observe the inhibition of PVPS on type A influenza virus by hemagglutination test in terms of hemagglutination titer. The synergistic effect of PVPS and ribavirin were studied by associating medication test. Compared with the virus control group, hemagglutination titer of the PVPS group decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with the ribavirinl group or the same level of PVPS group, hemagglutination titer of associating medication group decreased (P 〈 0.01 ), and 0.85 〈 q 〈 1.15. PVPS significantly inhibited the proliferation of influenza virus in chicken embryo cultures. PVPS had activities of antiinfluenza virus and the addition effect of ribavirin, indicating that PVPS has the prospect to be developed into the anti-influenza virus biological agent.
