摘要
以2,5-二巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑为原料,与水合肼缩合,生成2,5-二肼基-1,3,4-噻二唑。2,5-二肼基-1,3,4-噻二唑与对乙氧基苯四酰氯反应,再以POC l3为环合剂环合酰肼基-1,3,4-噻二唑,得到3,6-二对乙氧基苯基-1,2,4-三唑[3,4-b]1,2,4-三唑并1,3,4-噻二唑,合成的此化合物未见报道,其结构通过元素分析、红光光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱予以证实。
2,5-bihydrazino-1,3,4-thiadiazole was synthesized by the reaction of 2,5-bimer capto- 1,3,4-thiadiazloe with hydrazine hydrate and reacted with p-ethoxy benzopyl chloride to produce 2,5- hiacylhydrazino-1,3,4-thiadiazole,which was further cycled by POCla as cyclization agent to produce 3, 6-bi-p-ethoxy-phenyl-1, 2, 4-triazolo [-3, 4-b]-1, 2, 4-taiazolo-1, 3, 4-thiadiazole derivatives. The synthesized compound hasn't been reported,and its structure is confirmed by elemental analysis,I. R spectrum,^1H NMR spectrum and MS.
