过渡金属胱氨酸水杨醛Schiff碱配合物的合成及抑菌活性 被引量:4

Synthesis of Transition Metal Complexes with Schiff Base of Salicylaldehyde-Cystine and Evaluation of Their Antibacterial Activity

摘要 合成了三种胱氨酸水杨醛Schiff碱H2Cys-sal过渡金属配合物[Cu(Cys-sal)、Co(Cys-sal)、Mn(Cys-sal)];利用元素分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱、摩尔电导测定了其组成和结构;利用荧光光谱评价了其荧光特性,利用生物活性试验测定了其生物活性.结果表明,三种配合物都能强烈猝灭牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的内源荧光;配合物对金黄色葡萄球菌(S.Aureus,革兰氏阳性菌),大肠杆菌(E.Coli,革兰氏阴性菌),枯草杆菌(B.Subtilis,革兰氏阳性菌),绿脓杆菌(P.Aeruginosa,革兰氏阴性菌)均有不同程度的抑菌作用. Three new transition metal complexes with Schiff base of salicylaldehyde-cystine(H2Cys-sal) [Cu(Cys-sal),Co(Cys-sal),Mn(Cys-sal) were synthesized.The composition and structure of the products were analyzed by means of ultraviolet spectrometry,infrared spectrometry,elemental analysis,and molar conductance test.The fluorescent characteristics of the complexes were evaluated with a fluorescence spectrometer.The antibacterial activity of the products was evaluated by conducting biological activity tests.It was found that the three kinds of complexes were all able to strongly quench the fluorescence of bovine serum albumin(BSA).Besides,they were able to inhibit staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli,bacillus subtilis,and pseudomonas aeruginosa to varied extents.
