摘要
研究了单扫描示波极谱法测定苋菜红的新方法,并对其电极反应机理进行了探讨。在pH8~9.5的六次甲基四胺介质中,苋菜红于-0.57V(vs·SCE)处产生一灵敏的吸附还原波,导数波高与苋菜红的浓度在0.05~10.00mg/L之间呈线性关系,检测限为0.03mg/L。用本法测定了汽水中苋菜红的含量,其灵敏度、选择性。
In 0.1 mol·L -1 hexamethylenetetramine medium(pH8~8.5),by using oscillopolarography,amaranth could produce a sensitive cathodic polarographic wave at -0.57V(vs.SCE).There is a linear dependence of wave height on amaranth concentration (0.05~10mg/L).The determining limination of the method is 0.03mg/L.The method is better than chromatography spectro photometry in selectivity and sensitivity,and has been applied to determining amaranth in foods or beverages.
