摘要
通过正交试验的方法研究了３种常用的ＩＮＡ细菌的培养条件。结果表明：培养条件中各种因素对不同菌种的菌体收获量、成冰核活性有不同的影响，其中培养基的种类对３种ＩＮＡ细菌的影响最显著。最后得到了３种ＩＮＡ细菌的最适培养条件。
The culture conditions of Ice Nucleating Active(INA) bacteria were researched by orthogonal experiment in the paper.The result showed that the output of cells and ice nucleation forming activity of different bacteria were affected by various culture conditions,among these the most obvious culture factor for 3 species of INA bacteria was the kinds of media.Finally the optimum culture conditions were determined for them.
