摘要
通过霜冻模拟试验,研究黄瓜霜冻与冰核活性(INA)细菌的关系。结果表明,黄瓜霜冻是细胞间水分结冰造成的伤害。发生霜冻有一个温度范围,在这个范围内不同温度下发生霜冻的机率接近对数正态分布。INA细菌是诱发黄瓜发生霜冻的重要因素,由于它的存在,黄瓜霜冻的叶温范围为-1.8~-7.0℃,而无菌叶为-4.8~-10.8℃。INA细菌的成冰活性越强、浓度越大,则发生霜冻的平均温度越高。叶片受害率与INA细菌的浓度和低温强度之间存在对数关系。通过降低INA细菌浓度或削弱其活性的方法将成为黄瓜防霜的一种新途径。特别是在细菌浓度大和低温强度逐渐减弱的春季,采用这种方法更为有效。
Relationship between frost injury to cucumber plants and ice nucle-ation-active bacteria were studied by laboratorially simulated frost injury experiment. Results showed that the plants of cucumber was demaged when the ice is formed in the intercelluar.Different frost temperature of different leaves are not the same value,but in a range of temperature. Ice nucleation-active bacteria,present on leaves of cucumber, promote ice formation and thus cause to happen frost injury. At same supercooling temperature, the higher population of epiphytic INA
bacteria,the severer injury of frost. Linear relationship between the logari-thum of frost injury percentage and the logarithum of INA bacteria
population was gained on the basis of observation.
