摘要
目的观察降糖防聋胶囊对2型糖尿病伴耳聋患者血脂和纤维蛋白原的影响。方法41例(52耳)2型糖尿病伴耳聋患者为治疗组,应用降糖防聋胶囊进行治疗48天,并检测治疗前后血总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)和纤维蛋白原(Fb)水平,比较其变化。另设33例健康人为对照组,作为血液检测指标的正常对照。结果应用降糖防聋胶囊治疗后,治疗组TC、TG和Fb水平均显著下降(P<0.005～0.001)。结论降糖防聋胶囊能明显降低2型糖尿病伴耳聋患者的血TC、TG、Fb水平。
Objective To investigate the effects of Jiangtang Fanglong Capsule （JFC） on blood-lipid among patients with hearing loss comphcated from type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 41 cases（52 ears） with hearing loss complicated from type 2 diabetes mellitus were included in this study and they were treated by JFC for 48 days.The blood levels of total cholesteml（TC）, triglyceride（TG） and fibrinogen（Fb） were determined before treatment and after the therapy respectively among them,with 33 healthy persons as normal controls.Then, a comparative analysis was made to see the differences of these determined values with either healthy controls or the therapeutic effects.Results By the end of the therapeutic course,allthe blood levels of TC, TG and Fb were decreased significantly among the cases of treating group（ P 〈 0. 005 - 0. 001 ）. Conclusion JFC can significantly decrease the blood levels of TC, TG and Fb among patients with hearing loss complicated from type 2 diabetes mellitus.
