摘要
采用形态学标记,运用谱系聚类分析方法对9份观赏辣椒种质资源进行了植物学性状比较和遗传多样性研究。结果表明:这些种质材料存在着丰富的遗传多样性,数量分类的结果基本反映了辣椒品种间的遗传差异;植株高度、株型、叶色、果长、果型指数、果实着生方式等形态指标适合观赏辣椒植物学性状观察记载。
With morphology markers, the extent of genetic diversity of View Capsicum annuum L. were presented. It indicated that the numeric taxonomy basically revealed the heritable differences among the varieties. The plant height,modality,leaf color, fruit length, fashion of fruit insertion were evident difference with each other,would be better for morphological descriptors describing,and were helpful to the study on relatives, origion, classification and purity of germplasm resources.
