摘要
化学镀镍层起泡脱皮会导致腐蚀加速。针对NdFeB材料化学镀后起泡脱皮的现象,总结出了3个方面的原因:基体材料的特殊性;镀层与基体的结合力;镀层厚度,并提出了相应的解决办法。
Since the bubbling and peeling of electroless nickel coating acts to accelerate the corrosion,a study was made with respect to the causes leading to the bubbling and peeling of the electroless Ni coating on Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet.The countermeasures for getting rid of the bubbling and peeling of the electroless Ni coating on the Nd that-Fe-B permanent magnet were suggested as well.It was pointed out than the bubbling and peeling of the electroless Ni coating on the Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet was highly dependent on the intrinsic nature of the substrate,the adhension between the deposit and the substrate,and the thickness of the deposit.It could be imperative to properly control the thickness of the electroless Ni coating and increase the coating-substrate adhesion so as to retard the bubbling and peeling of the coating.
