新型变断面板簧热轧工艺及余热淬火的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文根据新型28MnSiB弹簧钢的特点,针对变断面板簧热轧生产工艺和性能要求,研究了热轧温度及压下率对其形变奥氏体再结晶、热轧后奥氏体晶粒尺寸及余热淬火和低温回火后各项力学性能的影响,以探讨28MnSiB 钢变断面板簧利用轧制余热直接淬火的可行性及适宜的轧制余热淬火工艺。研究表明,28MnsiB 钢变断面板簧利用轧制余热淬火从产品力学性能来看是可行的。 Based on the characteristics of a new spring steel 28MnSiB,the influence of hot rollingtemperature and reduction on recrystallization of deformed austenite,the grain size of austeniteafter hot rolling and some mechanical properties after roll quenching and low-temperature tempe-ring have been studied in order to find out appropriate rolling technology to meet product qua-lity.The feasibility of application of roU quenching technique for change section plate springof 28MnSiB steel and its specific process are also approached,Experimental results indicate thatthe application of direct quenching after hot rolling for change section plate spring of 28MnSiBsteel is feasible as far as the mechanical properties are concerned.
