摘要
本文基于金属轧制的变形理论,在横列式轧机生产工艺条件下,设计出一套双边等周期变断面的扁钢孔型系统、组合式轧辊及轧件周期同步调整机构。按本设计,在横列式轧机上成功地生产出符合YB2006——78标准的矿用周期扁钢。
A pass system of the Variable section flat with equal period, composi te roll and period synchronizer were designed on the basis of rolling theory for three-high mill in this paper.A kind of period flat for use in mine has been produced successflly according to this design,and production is up to the standard of YB2006-78.
