摘要
综合研究了钢管减(定)径余热内、外喷水淬火工艺,用多种方法检测和控制均匀冷却,详细分析了淬火和回火后的组织结构和强韧性能。从我国国情出发。提出了终冷温度控制的新观点并已实施。本工艺为高强高效管材生产开拓了新途径,对中小热轧管机组改造有推广价值。
The internal and external jet flow quenching technology of steel pipe with reduced or sized diameters using residual heat is studied in this paper. The uniformity of cooling has been controlled and inspected by several methods. The microstructure and the properties of strength and toughness have been studied in details. Considered the condition of China, the viewpoint of quench-ending temperature has been advanced and used in production. This technology is a new way in which the efective high strength steel pipe is produced, and is valuable to improvement of middle or small hot roiling mills for steel pipe.
