摘要
维拉帕米1mg／kg能减轻30％总体表面积Ⅲ°烫伤大鼠的溶血程度。烫伤大鼠的红细胞脆性及异形率增加。维拉帕米对此均有明显的抑制作用，并能降低血清中丙醛含量，提高血中超氧化物歧化酶的活性。维拉帕米能显著抑制血清中磷脂酶A2的激活。结果提示：维拉帕米减轻大鼠烫伤后的溶血程度与其抑制氧自由基生成和降低磷脂酶A2的活性有关。
Verapamil 1 mg/kg(ip) inhibited hemolysis in rats with 30% burn Ⅲ°. The increased RBC tragility and deformability in burnt rats were markedly lowered by verapamil. the level of serum MDA was discreased and was the activity of SOD enhanced by verapamil. Verapamil inhibited the activity of PLA2.The results indicated that the action of verapamil on hemolysis was carried out by means of reducing superoxide radical and inhibiting the activity of PLA,.
