摘要
结合国内铸造行业的需求,根据自动下芯系统的控制要求,自主研发了其关键部分的控制系统,并从模糊PID控制的原理入手分别介绍分析了其控制策略和软件实现。该系统由于采用了先进的控制策略,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。
According to the need of the local foundry industry and the automatic core setter controlling system's request, this paper develops the key part of it's controlling system independently, and introduces its control course and software respectively commencing with the theory of Fuzzy-PID. The system adopted new methods in control theory. and obtained a good effect in the foundry lines.
