介绍了机器人下芯工艺的提出背景,阐述了机器人下芯的优点及适用范围,并从砂芯的定位精度、机器人精度、砂箱定位精度3个方面介绍机器人下芯的设计方案,分析了机器人空夹故障、机器人重复下芯故障产生的原因,并提出了应对措施。
The background of proposing robot core setting process was introduced and the advantages and usage scope of robot core setting was described.The design scheme of the robot core setting process was introduced including three aspects: core locating definition,robot definition and molding box locating definition.The reasons causing the wrong actions of nothing clamping and repeated core setting were analyzed,and their prevention measures were given.
