摘要
护理人员是发生职业损伤的高危群体,相关损伤因素严重威胁她们的身心健康。消化内科护士的职业损伤及防护有其特殊性,为增强护士的职业安全,根据消化内科的专业特点,总结了消化内科护士的职业损伤因素,包括生物性、物理性、化学性和社会心理等。在此基础上探讨了相应的防护对策,主要有提高管理者和护士对职业损伤的认识,提供相关职业防护用品,加强护理管理,规范操作以及建立心理支持系统等。
Nursing staffs are high- risk groups for occupational injury. Related injury factors threaten their physical and mental health severely. The protection strategies are specific to occupational injury of nurses in digestive diseases department. In order to enhance nursing occupational safety, this article summarized occupational injury factors of nurses in digestive diseases department including organism property, physical property, chemical property and social psychology. It probed into the corresponding protection strategies mainly included that to enhance the recognition of managers and nurses toward occupational injury, to provide related items for protection of occupational injury, to strengthen nursing management, to standardize manipulations and to establish a psychological support system and so forth.
