摘要
目的 :了解护理人员面临的主要心理压力源及经常采取的应对方式 ,帮助护理人员减轻和消除心理压力。方法 :采用整群抽样及自评式问卷 ,对2 13名护理人员进行调查。结果 :护理人员心理压力源依次为工作性质与工作强度方面、继续教育与职业需求方面、人际关系方面、家庭方面 ,其中工作性质与工作强度方面、人际关系及家庭方面的压力源 ,不同年龄组护理人员在其压力程度及应对方式上存在统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :护理人员存在着多种心理压力源 ,护理管理者应给予足够的重视 ,并定期进行心理健康知识培训 ,建立护理人员支持系统 ,帮助她们提高心理调适能力 。
Objective:to understand the main psychological pressure source nursing staff faced and how they dealt with it. To help nursing staff ease or dispel the psychological pressure. Method: 213 nursing staff were investigated via group sampling self-assessing questionnaire. Results: the psychological pressure sources of nursing staff were successively as in the aspects of work quality and work intensity, continuous education and occupational demands, human relationships and family. Among them, in the aspects of work quality and work intensity, human relationships and family, there were statistical significances in nursing staff of different age group and in terms of their pressure level and ways of they dealing with (P<0.05). Conclusion: there are many psychological pressure sources in nursing staff to which nursing administrators should pay more attention. Nursing staff should get training on knowledge about psychological health. A nursing staff supporting system should be set up to help nursing staff enhance their adapting ability and ease or dispel their psychological pressure.
