摘要
为了解在肿瘤病人药物治疗过程中护理人员的化疗防护现状 ,于 2 0 0 0年和 2 0 0 1年先后对 1 0 7家医院的肿瘤病房和 60家医院的骨髓移植层流病房的护理人员作了访谈式调查。结果 :95 .2 1 %的医院在化疗操作时采取了落后的不科学的分散式管理模式 ;62 .87%医院的护士在配制化疗药时没有任何防护设备 ;在使用防护设备的医院中 ,仅有 2 2家医院使用了符合防护要求的设备 ,占 1 3 % ;护士在操作中使用防护用具的正确率低 ;化疗操作的废弃物处理不符合国际标准。由此看出 ,加强医务人员的防护知识教育 ,执行防护措施 ,装备防护设备 ,改善化疗操作环境等问题亟待解决 。
Objective:Investigate the situation of chemotherapeutic protection management in some hospitals of China during 2000 to 2001. Methods:107 oncological wards in 56 cities and 60 marrow transplantation centers in 28 cities were investigated by phone or visit. Results:The separate management model for chemotherapeutic agents is used in 95.21% of the hospitals. 62.87% of the investigated hospitals have no protective equipments. In the hospitals with the protective equipments,only 13% of them have the proper kind of pretective equipments. Correct usage of protective equipments is rare in handing the chemotherapeutic agents. Most of the wastes are not treated properly. Conclusions:The chemotherapeutic protection should be paid more attention to and more training courses of occupational protection should be given to the medical staffs.
