摘要
高等学校必须更新教育观念,坚持知识、能力、素质协调发展,深化教学模式改革,特别要变革传统的课堂教学方式,构建合作性学习的教学组织形式,着力培养学生的学习能力、实践能力和创新能力,才能全面推进素质教育。
With the development of economy and the popularization of higher education, the demand for talents in the society is changing from laying stress on professional knowledge and skills to attaching importance to comprehensive capability and qualities. Based upon the present situation, colleges and universities are supposed to pay more attention to the ways that the students are to be cultivated. It is advisable for higher educaton institutions to change their：educational philosophy so as to adopt to the ever-changing situation and promote quality education.
