桂糖21号等甘蔗新品种的茎尖脱毒培养技术 被引量:11

摘要 采用52℃热水处理+38℃热处理+茎尖脱毒+工厂育苗技术培育桂糖21号、桂糖26号健康种苗,保持自育良种的品质。热处理期水分影响蔗茎的萌芽率,桂糖26号热处理10 d萌芽率达90%,出芽较桂糖21号稍快而且整齐。新台糖16号、22号剥取的茎尖稍大(<1 mm),茎尖成活率达80%,接种前期转管周期4-7 d,能有效减轻酚害。 Healthy seedlings of GT21 and GT26 were bred to keep good quality by treatment with 52 ℃ and 38 ℃ water, virus-free meristem tip and cultivating seedling in factory. The germination rate was influenced by water in heat treatment. The germination rate of GT26 for 10 days treatment reached 90%. Germination of GT26 was faster and stronger than germination of GT21. The sizes of ROC16 and ROC22 apical meristems were slightly large ( 〈 1 mm), so survival rates of apical meristems reached 80%. 4 - 7 days transfering tube cycle in the vaccinal earlier period effectively reducd phenolic pollution.
