摘要
大学教师专业化需要我们去正视和解决,如“专业化”意识淡薄、双专业失衡、发展体制不健全等,为此,需要加强大学对教师专业化发展的责任意识和制度建设;强化大学教师的专业自主发展理念;提高教师培训的效度和效益;加强校本培训和教师的教学研究;建立教师专业化发展评价制度;建立学术休假制度等。
The university teachers' professional specialization faces various problems which requires us to solve whether from the static or dynamic point of view: consciousness of professional specialization is weak; double-profession is out of balance; the professional development system is not sound. To promote the university teachers' professional specialization, several countermeasures must be developed: strengthening the responsibility consciousness and system construction of teachers' professional specialization; enhancing the ideal of university teachers' independent professional specialization; advancing the efficiency of teachers' training; strengthening the school-centered training, strengthening teachers' teaching research; building up the evaluation system of teachers' professional specialization; building up the academic holiday system.
