摘要
职业教育作为一种独特的教育类型,既是教育适应社会发展需要的产物,也是教育适应人的发展需要的结晶,具有客观的、不以人的意志为转移的、附着于自身的“应然”地位。但从我国职业教育发展的实践分析,存在着明显的“认识”与“行动”的反差、“元价值”与“隐价值”的冲突以及“成本”与“收益”的错位等现象,需要以制度创新为突破口,进一步提升职业教育地位,创设有利于职业教育发展的良好环境。
As a unique type of education, vocational education is not only the product to suit the needs of social development, but a way to meeting the needs of human development. So it has its own ideality which is objective, not from the will of man, being attached to itself. However, in fact there is a sharp contrast between understanding and action, conflict between value and the hidden value and dislocation between the costs and benefits. We should further enhance the status of vocational education by breakthrough innovation, and create a good environment that is good to the development of vocational education.
