摘要
对从小白菜中提取超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)进行了探索性实验.用盐析法提取粗品,然后经过透析,层析后制取了具有较高活性的SOD,并对其在温度、时间、pH、紫外光条件下。
The method of extracting SOD from pakchoi is introduced and explorative experiments are illustrated with the extracted SOD. Firstly, unrefined SOD can be salted out. Secondly, relatively more active SOD can be made available by means of dialysis and chromatography. Thirdly, its stabilities can be studied on different conditions of temperature, time, pH, wltraviolet ray.
