摘要
实验选用健康雄性Wistar大鼠34只,鸟拉坦腹腔麻醉,人工呼吸条件下,髂总动脉插管直接描记血压.鼠头固定在立体定位仪上,按Pelegrino图谱定位,将微量注射针头插入孤束核.比较注药前后刺激迷走神经中枢端所产生的加压反应.结果发现孤束核内微量注入β—内啡肽(β—EP)可减弱迷走—加压反应,而甲硫脑啡肽(M—EK)则使加压反应增强.如果先注入纳洛酮后再注入以上两种药物,β—EP的作用消失,但M—EK的作用仍然存在。
urethane anaesthetized and artificially ventilated rats were used in the experiments. The results were as follows: Microinjection of β_endorphin (β_EP) into the nucleus of the tractus solitarius decreased Vagus_pressor response (VPR) value, of methionine_enkephalin(M_EK) increased VPR. First microinjection naloxone, the β_EP and M_EK, β_EP lose effect, M_EK still keep its effect. The results suggest that the endorphin be important in VPR.
