摘要
本实验应用神经核团微量注射的方法,观察了大鼠孤束核内加压素及催产素对迷走加压反应的影响。孤束核注入加压素抗血清后,迷走加压反应减弱;注入催产素抗血清后,迷走加压反应增强,而催产素则使该反应减弱。结果提示:室旁核通过投射纤维向孤束核释放的加压素可能促进迷走加压反应,而催产素则抑制该反应。
Effects of vasopressin (VP)and oxytocin (OT) in nucleus tractussolitarius (NTS) on vagus-presser response were observed by way ofneural nucleus microinjections.The microinjection of anti-VP seruminto NTS decreased the response and microinjection of anti-OT increasedthe response,while that of OT decreased it.The results suggest that,inNTS,VP released by PVN through the projection fibers may enhancethe vaguspressor response,whereas OT inhibits it.
