摘要
对比研究了8-羟基-1,3,6芘磺酸钠(HOPSA)在各类表面活性剂、环糊精和二氧六环、丙酮、乙醇等水溶液中的荧光光谱。发现其荧光光谱因所处溶液介质不同而有明显差异。这种变化,与电性作用物或包结构的形成和所处微环境某些性质有关。实验结果还表明,一定条件下,HOPSA荧光光谱中435nm附近新峰的形成和其强度,与所处溶液的介电常值ε间有一定的相关性,从而HOPSA可望作为探测微环境极性的荧光探剂。
The fluorescence spectra of 8-hydroxy-1,3,6-pyrenetrisulfonate(HOPSA) aqueous solutions in the presence of the various sulfactants, cyclodextrins, dioxane, ethanol and acetone were compared and studied. The results showed that the spectral changes are related to electric interaction, inclution complexation and the properties of the micro-environment rounding HOPSA molecule. Because the fluorescence intensity of HOPSA near by 635nm is dependent on the dielectric constant of solution, HOPSA may be used as probe of polarity of micro-environment.
