摘要
本文回归熊彼特主义下的创新概念本质,以知识密集型服务业为研究对象,认为服务创新实施内容主要包括:产品创新、过程创新、组织创新和市场创新这四大方面,提出服务创新是从产品概念到市场开发的"一连串的事件",市场和组织创新应当纳入服务创新的内容框架并受到充分重视。
Focus on the knowledge intensive service industry, it traces to Schumpeterian concept of innovation, and tries to construct the conceptual framework for service innovation. Based on the multi-case and empirical studies, it is found that the content of service innovation is comprised of a series of innovation, namely, product innovation, process innovation, organizational innovation, and marketing innovation.
