摘要
为毛百合杂种胚培养选择适宜培养期及培养基，用亲本毛百合进行了胚培养适宜日期及适宜培养基的筛选试验。试验表明毛百合授粉后３９ｄ剥取的胚在ＭＳ附加０．０００１～０．０１ｍｇ／ＬＮＡＡ的培养基上就可诱导成幼苗。形成胚时间越长，诱导成活率也越高。
In order to select the optimal cultural duration and medium for the culture of hybrid embroys of the L. dauricum , screening experiments on optimal cultural duration and medium were performed using embyos of parents. Results indicated that embryos, stripped on 39 days after pollination and cultured on MS medium supplemented with 0.0001-0.01mg/L NAA, may be induced to produce seedling. The longer the time of formation of embryos is, the higer the percentage of viability of induction. These experiments provided a method and basis for obtaining hybrid embryos after the interspecific hybridization between different species of the L. dauricum .
