摘要
对发动机进行可靠性评估是检验发动机是否满足可靠性要求的重要手段.根据某型弹用涡扇发动机在研制过程中的各种地面试验数据和少量的飞行试验数据,采用一种基于AMSAA模型的方法建立了环境因子模型,给出了环境因子的求解方法,并利用求得的环境因子获得了等效的飞行数据.在此基础上分别建立了发动机在地面环境和飞行环境下的寿命分布模型,并实现了可靠性评估.
Carrying reliability evaluation on engines is an important means to check whether the engines meet the reliability requirements. According to various ground experiment data during development and some flight experiment data of a turbofan engine, this paper sets up an environment factor modal by a method based on AMSAA model, gives out a method to solve the environment factor, and obtains equivalent flight data using the environment factor solved. Then it sets up a life distribution modal for the engine in ground condition and during flight respectively, and implement the reliability evaluation.
