摘要
设计了基于性能模型的航空发动机故障模拟实验系统,利用真实发动机和主控计算机构建了系统硬件平台,实现典型发动机性能故障准确形象模拟。以典型故障为例说明故障模拟和排除流程,表明该系统用于学员的教学训练可有效地提高发动机排故能力。
A fault simulation model is developed based on the statistical fault and performance model of aero-engine. The hardware platform is composed of a real engine and a master computer which has accomplished the visual simulation of the performance fault. An example is furnished to illuminate the process of fault simulation and removal. It has indicated the maintenance ability of crew can been im- proved through the engine fault simulation system.
