摘要
针对ERP项目绩效评价的难点问题,结合平衡计分卡框架和项目全过程评价方法,提出了基于项目生命周期的ERP绩效评价,即按照项目生命周期分阶段开展评价,包括IT规划、ERP实施、项目后评价和持续改进与评价等四个阶段。建立了基于项目生命周期的ERP绩效评价框架,讨论了分阶段的实施方法,并进行了实证研究。
This article analyzes the main difficulties in performance evaluation of ERP and combines Balanced Scorecard with the overall process evaluation. The performance evaluation of ERP based on project lifecycle is proposed and the structure of it is built. The structure is composed of four stages that is IT planning, ERP implementation, evaluation after project and continuous improvement. Then the implementation method of the performance evaluation of ERP based on project lifecycle is discussed. Finally, the article carries out the study of the demonstration and can guides the improvement of ERP project in enterprises.
