摘要
本文在阐述平衡计分卡(BSC)功效的基础上,结合ERP系统特点,以ERP系统与BSC的组成映射为突破口,提出BSC适合于ERP环境下的供应链绩效评价模式;提出增加外部利益相关者指标,从深层次上论述了ERP环境下的企业绩效评价指标体系;阐述了ERP环境下企业绩效评价应借鉴与遵循的原则。
This paper introduces the concept of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) combined with ERP extends it according to the characteristics of ERP.The paper emphatically discusses the measures selected for enterprise performance measurement under the condition of ERP which include the mapping between ERP models and the four dimensions of BSC,the suitability of using BSC for the supply chain performance measurement and adding the exterior interest correlative measures.The paper concludes with some principles governing the performance measurement under the condition of ERP.
