摘要
在阐述平衡记分卡(BSC)思想的基础上,结合企业资源计划(ERP)自身的特点,研究了 ERP 供应链和 BSC因果链的对应关系,提出了ERP 环境下基于BSC 的企业绩效评价体系,并探讨 了企业如何进行有效的绩效管理。
This paper introduces the concept of Balanced Scorecard, studies the corresponding rela tionship between the supply chain of ERP and the causation chain of BSC according to the characteristics of ERP and discusses the performance measurements system based on BSC under the condition of ERP. The paper concludes with some principles for perfor- mance measurement effectively.
