摘要
本文对猕猴桃果实生长期间各种维生素的动态变化进行了系统测定。结果表明:V_(pp)、V_(B_2)、V_E主要存在于种子中,V_(pp)、V_(B_2)能促进呼吸速率加强。它们的含量随种子成熟而减少。采后又有增长趋势。V_E与果实的成熟似乎有某种联系,猕猴桃Vc含量随果实的生成逐渐减少,但采后种子内的Vc又有升高趋势。
The changes of some kinds of Vitamins in Chinese gooseberry (Actinidia chinensis planch. Var. hispida ) have been determined systematically during fruit growth and development. The results have shown that V∞ VB2,and VE exist mainly in seeds. The enhancement of respiratory rate is promoted by endogenous V∞ and VB2and their contents in seeds decrease as the seed ripens, yet there is a little increase in their levels after harvest. Vitamin E seems to have some relation with fruit maturation and senescence. The content of ascorbic acid decreases gradually with fruit growing,but like other Vitamins,the Vc level in the seed ncreases once again after harvest.
