摘要
本文用两种方法对沙棘果汁Vc含量进行了对比测定。结果表明,改良的碘量法无论对标准溶液或沙棘汁,都达到了同常规的2,6—二氯靛酚法同样的准确度和精密度,且碘量法尚有简便、快速的优点,更适合于对高Vc和色素较重的沙棘样品进行快速准确的测定。
Introduced in this paper is a comparision between two methods of determing Vc content in seabuckthorn juice.The results showed that the Vc in standard solution or in Seabuckthorn juice could be determined with modified iodimetry as as accurately as with 2, 6-dichlorophenol indophenol.Iodimetry is a convenient and quick method for determination of Vc content and more suitable for high Vc and dark pigment.
